Wingman migrated all 30 users to Microsoft 365, moving every mailbox to the cloud with full security, full backup, and full recoverability. All existing email history (including the large local files) was imported into structured cloud mailboxes with folder integrity intact, so nothing was lost in translation.
Every device was then enrolled into central management, with encryption, multi-factor login, and automated provisioning configured across the board. The work was completed entirely after hours, with zero data loss and zero impact on the firm's operations during the cutover.
